Privacy Policy — No Backend, No Tracking

Short version

No account data leaves your machine. No analytics scripts, no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels on this website. We keep your purchase email so we can send you the licence and support you. We do not sell anything to anyone.

1. The extension

fcsniper runs inside the EA FC web app tab you have already signed into. It talks to no server of ours — there is not one to talk to.

Your EA credentials: never requested, never entered into fcsniper, never transmitted.
Your EA session and cookies: stay in your browser, exactly as they do when you play.
Your filters, saved configurations, run statistics and activity log: stored in your browser's local extension storage on your own device. Clearing the extension's data deletes them permanently, and we never had a copy.
Network requests: the extension talks to EA's web app and, when you enable price lookups, to FUTBIN. Nothing routes through us.

This is the practical difference between fcsniper and a cloud autobuyer: a cloud service has to hold whatever it needs to drive your account, so it does. We designed the tool so there is nothing to hold.

2. This website

fcsniper.com is a static site hosted on Vercel. It runs no analytics script, sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and embeds no third-party pixels.

Hosting logs. Like any web host, Vercel records standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for delivery, security and abuse prevention. This is Vercel's processing, under their privacy policy, and it is retained on their schedule.
Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google receives the request (including your IP) when your browser fetches them.
The commission calculator. Runs entirely in your browser. The number you drag is never sent anywhere.

3. Buying

Checkout is handled by our payment provider. They collect what a payment needs — typically your name, email address, billing country and payment details — and they process it under their own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details.

What we receive and keep, in our own order records:

Your email address — so we can send the licence and the download, answer support, and tell you when your season is ending.
A record that a purchase happened — the payment reference, the amount, the date, when your season ends, and whether the delivery email reached you. That last one exists so that when an email bounces we can see it and send it again rather than leave you waiting.

We keep those for as long as needed to support your licence and to satisfy tax and accounting obligations, then delete them. The delivery email itself is sent through Resend, which processes your address to deliver it.

None of this is linked to how you use the extension. fcsniper has no licence keys, and the anonymous usage statistics an install can opt into carry a random id that is never tied to an order, an email or a person. We could not join the two if we wanted to.

4. Discord

Support happens in a Discord server. Anything you post there is processed by Discord under its own policy and is visible to other members. Do not post your email address, order reference or anything else private in a public channel.

5. What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your data.
We do not share your email with advertisers or data brokers.
We do not build profiles, and we do not track you across other sites.
We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Ask in our Discord server, the invite for which is in your order email, and we will deal with it. Deleting your purchase record means we can no longer resend your licence or verify your season, so ask only if you mean it.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR or similar law — including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Use the same address to exercise them.

7. Children

fcsniper is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has purchased, contact us and we will delete the record.

8. Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially we will update the date below and note the change on this page. Questions or requests: ask in our Discord server — the invite is in your order email.
