Terms and Conditions

These terms cover buying and using fcsniper. The short version: it is €10 for one season, it works on every EA account you own, all sales are final, automating the EA FC web app breaks EA's rules and that risk is yours, and we do not guarantee coins.

1. What fcsniper is

fcsniper is a browser extension that automates searching, buying, bidding and listing on the EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team transfer market. It runs entirely inside your own Chromium browser. There is no fcsniper server: it does not ask for your EA credentials and it does not transmit your account data or filters anywhere.

fcsniper is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. EA, EA SPORTS, EA SPORTS FC, FIFA and Ultimate Team are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc.

2. Your licence

  • Price and term. €10 EUR buys one licence for one EA FC season, being twelve months from the date of purchase.
  • Accounts. The licence covers an unlimited number of EA accounts that belong to you. A second or tenth account of your own costs nothing extra.
  • Scope. The licence is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable. It is granted to one person, not to a household, a group or a business.
  • Not a subscription. It is a single payment for the season, not a recurring charge. Continuing after the season ends requires buying the next season.
  • Ownership. You are licensed to use the software. You do not own it, and no intellectual property transfers to you.

3. What the season includes

Every update released during your paid season, including the ones that follow EA changing the Ultimate Team web app, plus access to the community Discord for support. Updates released after your season ends require a current licence.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • resell, rent, sublicense, share or give away the build or your licence;
  • redistribute the extension files anywhere, publicly or privately;
  • decompile, reverse-engineer, crack, patch or circumvent any part of the software or its licensing;
  • use the licence to run automation on accounts that are not yours, including running it as a paid service for other people;
  • use fcsniper alongside another autobuyer on the same EA account — this materially increases ban risk and is not supported.

Breaching any of the above ends your licence immediately, with no refund.

5. EA's rules and your risk

Read this part. Automating the EA FC web app is against EA's User Agreement. EA may restrict, suspend, reset, wipe or permanently ban an account it believes has been automated, and it may do so without warning or appeal.

By buying and using fcsniper you accept that risk entirely and on your own account. No reported bans on our recommended settings is a statement about what we have observed, not a promise and not a warranty. We are not liable for any action EA takes against your account, your club, your coins, your FIFA Points or your purchases, and no such action entitles you to a refund. The safety guide sets out how to keep the risk low, and we recommend following it.

6. No guarantee of profit

Coin profit depends on your filters, your starting balance, your connection, your hardware and the state of the market. fcsniper is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Any figure shown on this site is illustrative, not a forecast. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will continue to function after a change EA makes.

7. Payment and refunds

Payment is taken by our payment provider, which handles your billing details. The licence is delivered to the email address you supply at checkout, normally within a few minutes of the payment clearing.

All sales are final and no refunds are issued once the licence email has been sent. By completing payment you request immediate delivery and waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that would otherwise apply. It is your responsibility to give a correct, working email address. We cannot deliver to an address that does not accept our mail.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fcsniper is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost coins, lost cards, lost profit, lost accounts or lost data, however caused.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for your current licence — that is, €10.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects rights you hold as a consumer that cannot be waived by agreement.

9. Termination

We may terminate your licence without refund if you breach these terms, redistribute or resell the build, attempt to defeat its licensing, abuse the Discord or our support, or open a payment dispute instead of contacting us. Your licence also simply ends when the season ends.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase, and the date below tells you which that is. Material changes will be noted on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of [INSERT YOUR COUNTRY / JURISDICTION], and any dispute is subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
