Refund policy

All sales are final

fcsniper does not issue refunds. Your licence and download are sent to your email address as soon as payment clears. Once that email has gone out, the sale is complete and no money is returned.

The policy in one sentence

A €10 fcsniper season licence is a digital product delivered instantly by email. There is no refund, no partial refund, no pro-rata credit and no cancellation once the licence has been sent.

Why there are no refunds

fcsniper is software, not a service we can switch off. The moment the delivery email leaves, you have the build and the licence on your own machine — there is no way to un-deliver it and no way to verify it has been removed. Every autobuyer sold this way works the same way, and pricing the season at €10 only works without a refund queue attached to it.

You agree to this at checkout

By completing payment you request immediate delivery of the licence and you acknowledge that, once delivery has started, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that would otherwise apply to a digital purchase. If you are not willing to waive that right, do not complete the purchase.

What we do fix, free

No refunds does not mean no support. Contact us and we will sort out any of the following at no cost:

  • The email never arrived. We will resend it. Check spam first.
  • The download is corrupt or incomplete. We will send a fresh copy.
  • The build stops working because EA changed the web app. Updates inside your paid season are included — that is what the season buys you.
  • You cannot get it installed. Ask in the Discord and someone will walk you through it.

What is not a refundable problem

  • Changing your mind after delivery.
  • Not making as many coins as you hoped. Coin profit depends on your filters, your starting balance and the market. Nothing about it is guaranteed — see the Terms.
  • Action taken against your EA account. Automating the EA FC web app breaks EA's User Agreement and you accept that risk when you use the tool. The safety guide is honest about this before you buy.
  • Buying the wrong thing, buying twice, or buying without reading this page.
  • Your computer not being able to stay on. This is stated plainly on the home page and in the FAQ before purchase.

Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us terminates your licence immediately and permanently, and you will not be sold another. If something is wrong, email us first — the list above covers most of it and costs you nothing.

Because there are no refunds, everything we can show you up front is up front: real demo runs of the actual panel, the full feature list, an honest account of where fcsniper loses to cloud bots, and the ban-risk guide. Read those, then decide.
